Topic: Cex.io and Their MAITANANCE They are THEFTS!! (Read 2488 times)

I did grab 2 S1 and mine on ghash.io with seperate workers, along with my purchased GH/S on cex.io.
But as youll see in my recent post, they are lumping the earnings together and now they are charging maintenance fees on those earnings, which is of course charging me on the pool in a sense, right? I contacted support and they have raised the level to a stupidvisor to look into it.
based on the balance mining tab in cex.io, its clear that none of my earnings from pool mining are being recorded, and if they are, then they are being maintenanced feed.

Ridiculous IMHO about how this is being handled on my account

Now the not only do i see their maintenance fees are WAY TOO HIGH, but i also mine with my own S1 (overclocked to 200 GH/S) on ghash.io.

NOW HERE IS THE TRICKY PART.
When i ramp up my miners on ghash.io. i am getting hit with maintenance fees based on my overral payout for the CEX.IO Purchased GH/S contracts AS WELL AS MY own GHASH workers.
WTF?

Support has said they dont charge maintenance on the ghash pool. i say they are charging me.
Here is the proof of the deposits at the higher rates (since they are combined from my pool earnings into the contract earnings and then charged the maintenance fees)-- RIGHT?

I still keep in cex.io to date.
I guess not so harmful, because when you buy GH / s on them you can trade anytime and withdraw your capital at this site,

so far I only have 54 GH / s and the results I use for trading and from there you will be little benefit to cover the cost of maintence

Except for PB mining payouts I don't do cloud mining at all. Been burned to many times.

The ghash mining pool generally works well. They seem to have better luck than most and the fees are 0% so maybe the better route is to grab an antminer or two.

Funny. That's called increasing difficulty. It affects Cex.IO and all mining in general, though most people buying there are clueless about it.
Anyway, I'm not suggesting you buy from pbmining since I suspect one day it will vanish.

Not really worth it either.

You can see the payout is based on a formulation which does eat away your pay really quick.

...to get your calculations right => 30Ph/s is NOT 30,000Gh/s ,but IT IS 30,000,000Gh/s or 30,000Th/s !!!!!!
ALL NETWORK is currently approx. 75Ph/s and GHash.io is taking from this more as just a "FAIR" share!
....so GET AWAY FROM THEM!!!>they are currently "TOO BIG" and that simply means "TOO DANGER" for us,for the bitcoin!!!!!
To the "MAINTENANCE" => it is also INCLUDING power cost ,so you don't must pay any others expenses as (electricity costs) ,YES?
= can be currently very VERY PRICIEST !!!! (They can have their "MINING CENTRE" somewhere where electricity is very very cheap from HUGE NATURAL RESOURCES (as on Iceland or so...) + side product HEAT = can be used for heating...right?!!!)

I´m getting more BTC with 500-1000 Kh/s on Multipool on Ghash.io with autoconvert than with 15Gh/s mining BitCoin......

They also delete their documentation randomly whenever they want to raise prices without warning......

If bitcoin price doesn't change, and difficulty is doubled, the fee % will be doubled.
If bitcoin price doesn't change, and difficulty goes up 250%, you will get nothing from your hashrate as the maintenance fee % will be over 100%.

Did you notice the date of that post is "November 01, 2013 21:05", and how much has the difficulty gone up in the 6 months?

Let me try to simplify this for you because I think you put way too much thought into it instead of reading.

1 GHS will earn $0.8693 in a month assuming the difficulty and exchange rate doesn't change, but they both will change.
1 GHS will cost $0.26 in a month

You are spending 30% of your profits today on maintenance fees. Keep in mind that the difficulty will go up and you will earn less over time while the maintenance fees have no guarantee of following that 30% trend.

They make this very clear on their maintenance page and in their terms of service.

I´m going to spend FULL 7 DAYS calculating my earnings and fees for this earnings...

I know that it is more than 0.26$/month/1Gh/s and it is not 4%

after 1st day it is more than 40% ...

They will take 618840 Satoshi

If I´m calculate good than they wil lcharge me    3.57 USD ( with current  price) And i have 14Gh/s which is 0.26$ per Gh/s

For the record, I hope that they do change their maintenance fees a bit more, but they are clearly spelled out in the documentation which you apparently failed to read.  Their cloud service is best I've seen so far.

I don't see how they could make maintenance any clearer in their documentation. Most people seem to be buying up GHS as if they don't understand though. If someone tells you they are going to take x% of your profits as a fee and then they take x% of your profits, they are not thieves.

Why Don't you post the instances when CEX.IO submits multiple blocks in a row and you pay absolutely no maintenance fee as a result. You won't because that just does not fit your agenda here trolling.

CEX.IO charges their maintenance fees on a PPS plan. Although I'd like to see them restructure these fees too. I have to agree with their support staff on this when the say that their PPS plan is a fair way to charge these fees.

Here's why: You can buy and sell their cloud hosting service at anytime. Buy 1 GHS now and sell it a minute later. So on the PPS plan they're charging you based on how many shares your GHS submitting in that minute. They want $0.26 per GHS per month in BTC of coarse and they know roughly how many shares 1 GHS submits in a month and breaks that down in a BTC fraction price per share for you. If they charge you $0.26 for their fees when you bought the GHS and you sold it a minute later how's that fair?

With this site averaging 60-80 blocks a day you need to take the good with the bad. Sometimes it takes longer to submits some blocks than others and they charge the fees at block submission so you typically don't have to pay them up front for the fees.

If you think this is unjust sell off your GHS and I will buy them from you. I believe this is one of the best platforms for cloud hosting out there and it's getting better.

I´m mostly looking how it´s going and I just deleted all my bitcoins from this CRAPPY SHITTY THIEFT MASTER WEBSITE!

- 50% of my minted BTC was taken for maitanance..... WTF ? I´m idiot and I´m mining 50% for Cex.io? with 100% my invest?



Here They took from me about 80% of my earnings!!

They think that We are stupid or what? Ok usually it´s about 100 Satoshi ( look like 10% from earnings) but each few blocks it´s more than 50%

I´m getting about 1000 Satoshi per block and if They for each block are taking from my 100 sit´s bad!

14GH/s - Each Block 100satoshi
140GH/s - 1000Satoshi
1400Gh/s - 10000 Satoshi
14000GH/s - 100000 Satoshi
POOL HASHRATE IS 28Ph/s which is 200000 Satoshi per block from MAITANANCE which is 0.2 BTC per block!!

Blocks per day = should be 1440 min ( 24H) / 10min block time = 144 Blocks per day let´s say that cex.io get about 50 blocks per day based on hashrate

50Blocks x 0.2 = 10 BTC per day

10 BTC x 30= 300 BTC

300BTC x 550$ =165000 $ per month

just from MAITANANCE!! now add trade Fee and mining fee ( this is not 0%!!)

Please don´t tell me that cost for maitanance per month are 165K!!

Official price for maitanance per Gh/s is 0.26$ ?? - PER MONTH!
