We are aware of the situation and currently do our best to ensure that each and every transaction passes.
Anyone can help? I tried using accelerator already and the transaction is still in limbo, already been 10 days now. CEX.io doesn’t have a function to cancel withdrawal and their support are ignoring me
Move this to the Service section and you will receive a response within a few minutes and they will accelerate your transaction, also include the Txid in your OP and it will be accelerated faster.
