I was eagerly waiting to withdraw some amount of fiat money from cex.io and it says withdrawals through visa card is not available and they are fail to advice with a service restoration date. It's been 3 - 4 days and still the issue persist. I just wanted to see, how reliable is this site. Are there anyone loss their money in cex.io.

I have never had any problems with CEX.IO - today i received email >
" In November alone, the number of registrations was 9 times higher compared to November 2016. During the first 20 days of December 2017, more than 300,000 people became our customers. We’ve been excited by this growth and also humbled by the loyalty of our existing users. "

So maybe delays with withdrawal of funds was, but not with me, sometimes the site was unavailable.
So everything is excellent and excellent service. Thank for CEX. Be a bit more patient, the better service, the greater the influx of people, the more problems)

Kindly note that we have informed our users on the fact that Visa withdrawals do not work currently. Our technical and finance specialists are already working to solve the issue for several days, and we expect the resolution soon. Meanwhile, we are not able to provide any ETA. For your withdrawals, you can still easily use other ways of payment withdrawals, including MasterCard or bank wire transfers, if they are available. In any case, stay calm about your money as we have delivered all payments to our customers since 2013. As soon as the situation gets solved, you will be informed.

Are you Basic or Verified (Plus) since you would only be stuck upon VISA if completely unverified. However, transaction size limits are just $20 for VISA, the other options are occationally hefty on their lower limit.

I can sense trouble regarding a british limited company having to rely on europe located banking partner if that ugly divorce completes. Maybe Cex should move back onto mainlands.

Same problem with me.  I had to call Visa and give them permission (CEX) cause they blocked any transactions from them for security reasons.  Hopefully they (CEX) fix this.  I was also really looking forward to my new withdraw.   Undecided
