what happened to withdraws to visa cards?

It is possible as far as it often happens that the banks reflect that the money was deducted from the account while they are actually credited. Kindly check the situation with the bank.

Now the deducted amount is released back to my bank account.
But the withdrawed amount from cex.io is still not showing on my bank account

but just one question. why is there a deduction before the actual crediting of fund into the bank?

Does anyone uses CEX.io and encountered an issue of Fiat withdrawal to my debit mastercard where the withdrawal process at CEX.io is a success and I've got the confirmation email from them.
I understand that the fund will need a couple of days to be credited to my bank account associated with my debit mastercard.
But instead, the same amount that i withdrawn from CEX.io is actually being deducted from my bank account!!!! why is that so?
Have lodged a ticket and waiting for their reply. but when i went to sites like https://www.trustpilot.com/ , some people with the same issue as me are saying that CEX.io didn't respond to them. I am very worried.
No one would ever want to lose money like that..
