Did anyone got same problem?

I saw some people complaining about the services provided by cex, I do not use their service much, but I am worried when I see these cases because I want to use their service a lot. Is really a very annoying situation that you are going through

hello

I sent an ETH transaction (8.46.. ETH) to CEX.IO from BITSTAMP 1 month ago and it has never arrived. CEX.IO  is giving no support on it at all... Did anyone got same problem? How did you solved?
