I made several withdrawals to my MasterCard card last week and one of them got pending status.

I have opened ticket immediately, but the support can't provide any information when the issue will be solved or what's the reason. Since that I avoid using CEX.io, I'm afraid to have funds locked.

Please, can you give me any direction, how to solve the issue?

There have been several cases like this before (VISA and Mastercard withdrawal issues). It might be:

1. A problem on CEX itself
2. Your payment/transaction got rejected
3. You exceeded your limits for card withdrawals

Only CEX could help you, so it's either you wait for their reply in your ticket or contact them too through CEX bitcointalk account via PM, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook. For sure once CEX see your thread, he'll probably reply here.

I once tried CEX.io to buy some ETH to them but i can't withdraw those ETH without compromising my identity to them. I think one of the main reason is that if you are not a verified users there, you can't get what you buy to them and it sucks. That's why i stop using CEX.io since then i'd rather prefer shapeshift if that's the case.
