Usually SEPA payments go through the same business day.
Another withdrawal i requested September 7th i have already received, but the bigger one is missing.
I wrote more than 15 emails to their support requesting for more information and that they would provide a payment slip from their bank.
From the replies i get they seem to be trying to resolve it, but until today i have not received my payment or proof of payment from their bank.
