I have received my wire.  It is unfortunate that I had to go public in order to get them to help me, but I wanted everyone to know that I did receive my money and they did not scam me.

Now you can lock this thread if your issue solved. Also, edit subject of this topic.
Someone will just read the headline and maybe your first post and accept that it is a fraud come from this exchange. No need to ruin his reputation especially if they did their best to solve the problem.

Congratulations, friend, your money has returned, let this issue public know that the problem can be resolved with the public, so the CS and see here and follow up on the process.
I believe that CEX.IO exchange will not embezzle your money.

I am happy to see responses like this if the support ticket is slow in the process then the alternative way in this forum is that it provides benefits for all of us so we know everything.
The CEX.IO exchange is an old exchange so it is unlikely they will be a scamer and maybe they will provide the best service for its users.

It's not a scam if it is just a week. I am sorry for the delay but they can take it legally up to 3 weeks, not even initiating the transfer. The only thing you can do is to wait or find a vip contact of a good trader that has direct access to someone that works as support there.

I can advice also to check on linkdin people that work there and try out to message them. The same happened to me with poloniex and luckily someone helped me out instantly and I had my withdraw within 24 hours; even once on coinbase i texted coblee on telegram and I was amazed of how fast it was solved.

I will follow your topic and see what I can do to help you out!

I initiated a $14,808.15 wire withdrawal from cex.io one week ago on January 2nd.  I still have not received my funds.  I have sent an email to support almost every day asking where my funds are and nobody will give me an answer.  I called support and they told me only the finance team can help me, yet they would not allow me to speak with anyone from the finance team. 

Customer support via email only sends me generic pre written responses when the respond and sometimes they go days between communicating at all with me.

They told me that the funds have left their platform yet they refuse to provide with any form of reference number for the wire.  I am officially beyond panicked about where my funds are. 

If anybody has any ideas of how to help me get my money please let me know. I would be much appreciative.

We have contacted the Finance Team and were notified that the details regarding your withdrawal have been forwarded to the payment partner for further investigation. Thank you for the response. I have no idea what to do. Unfortunately this has the potential to hurt my life enormously if not figured out ASAP and we have not made any progress.
