I have a pending card since yesterday! That is almost 24hr and yet it has not been verified. Come on CEX a verification of a card takes that much time ?

Have anyone else experienced CEX.IO's customer support service? Because, I recently submitted three tickets and they replied me with the same solution to the three tickets like a bot. I'm very disappointed on their poor service  Embarrassed
