It seems every popular exchange or service has its own representative here in bitcoin talk. Is there a thread that acts as a directory of contacts here in the forum? Would it be great to have that? Do you happen to know one?

I'm not aware of any topics and I don't see the point in having one, to be honest. Most of the services and exchanges that started from here abandoned their topics and are no longer offering support here.

@yigsel. CEX is an old exchange that might also be tapering off. It would not be shocking for me if they announced termination of service and told users to withdraw their funds.

As I know, they are very responsible here.
Anyway, whenever I had a problem there, I use the live chat for support. Usually, immediately receive feedback from his support, but maybe a really large volume of trade, more problems produces more work for them.

Hi guys, is there anybody other than me is suffering from cex.io replying back time? I send maybe more than ten emails in a month and i couldn solve my problem. last mail from their side was about 10 days ago. i tried to reach them via both official support mail and some personal mails ( I dont even know wheter they are true or false)
I cannot reach my account and want solve this problem

dont know what else to do:( any tips ??
