It is wrong to think that something can be solved in just 3 days, and there is also a weekend in which customer support works with reduced capacity. In your case, it is, as I have already written, a complicated rescue procedure that is a security risk for any crypto exchange. While nothing is completely lost, you still have to accept the fact that from a legal perspective Cex hasn’t done anything wrong (except it probably has poor customer support), and that the same thing would happen to you with any crypto exchange.
Far from advising you to give up, on the contrary - keep putting pressure on them to help you - use their Twitter, FB and Instagram - but above all be patient.
I know everything and i gave them time but 4 months my friend, 4 months... Big problem comes from support,one say one thing,another say something else.
I sent usdt trc20 to my tron address,and that is the same network. My funds are still in my wallet,in the their contact. They can send me funds back,there is option in contract but they don't want to give me an answer at all.
I'm waiting patiently but every day more make me realy nervious. I am their loyal customer and they can't help,they won't help me...
