Do I have any action?

HAVE YOU LOST FUNDS DO TO STORAGE FEES? If so, please join the Facebook group here -> https://www.facebook.com/groups/142148616441271/

Talk to Benoit Goldenberg. He is trying to find others that had money taken due to storage fees to potentially bring a class action lawsuit.

They sent you an email, when they stopped trading Namecoin. It gave you a specific amount of time to remove them from the

exchange. It explained the monthly charges for them to continue  holding them for you. The monthly charges were excessive to

encourage you to remove the coins. You didn't remove the coins and the monthly charges resulted in you losing all your coins.

It wasn't theft.

That is somewhat correct... I never received an email. But there storage fee was insane, it was like 50 coins a day
So, you didn’t receive the email from Cex.io though you noticed the amount of coins that you had was going down? Or did you

notice that the amount of coins went down after a few weeks or whatever days that you had them on there?
I am wondering why you didn’t have a wallet installed so you could store the coins instead of having them online where anyone

could use the money for whatever purpose.

Are you sure you are talking about CEX.IO? As far as I know they offer BTC and ETH only. No Namecoins or any other altcoins.
