1 month? Really that is longer than I have ever heard of.

Bitpanda process sepa transfer within 48 hour and Skrill process within a 5 working days.

I do not understand why are you worried about that.. It will go through at some point, but you need to understand that the same is happening with almost all the exchanges right now.
With Kraken, with Coinbase, with Coinomi, and a lot of other ones who are taking years to process withdrawals.

I have made 2 withdrawal requests for USD Wire transfer from CEX.IO, it took a few days to confirm by their fin. dept.

The first one was confirmed on 29/12 but till now I still cannot see it in my bank account.

Anyone has similar experience? Their support doesn't reply to this for some days.
