I have some few suggestions;
1. Why not include the terms and conditions in the home page?
I discovered them by mistake when I was trying to read the FAQs
2. The FAQs directly link to the terms and conditions. I think FAQs should be a summary about your service such as withdrawal fees, listings fees, how to register, withdraw, deposit etc
so FAQs and Terms and conditions should be separate.
3. On your Terms and conditions. You don't clearly talk about KYC/AML regulations. Please shade more light.
I'm working on moving the terms directly onsite, and creating FAQ's on the fresh desk, where support tickets are managed.
As for AML/KYC, I've no plans to introduce fiat to this system, its strictly crypto currencies. However, if someone does require moving large amounts of crypto (2BTC+), they would need to complete and get verified for KYC. KYC verifications are are processed by 3rd party (KYCAid) and none of the info is stored on our systems.
Cheers
