How does one actually lend BTC off exchange to someone to trade

leveraged accounts, wouldn't the leverage accounts be on the

Bitfinex exchange anyway  Huh

A leveraged black market account lol

And Bitfinex got outplayed trying to scam

someone then couldn't pay up

Handing over private key for exchanger addresses, that will be so much mesh up for bitfinex. How they gonna do so? I think exchanger store all of their coin in their hot wallet rather than indivisual deposit address.

Bitfinex should say thanks that FBI didn't close their - website/freeze their accounts-  because they are dealing with US citizens without having a financial license in USA "Smiley

they have said Bifenex must hand over the private keys

it's is not possible that the case has a precedent and seems

to imply if u where trading any commodity that u should

receive the actual commodity in advance of trading it  Huh

What could have caused the CFTC to open a case like this

except customers not being able to withdraw their profits

it may just be a case of saving face for Bitfinex who

could have suffered a liquidity shortage and took

more than 28 days to deliver a Bitcoin withdrawal.
