Those devices are usually used to mine scrypt instead of bitcoin and btcguild is a bitcoin pool. Are you running them in sha256 (i.e. bitcoin mining) mode?

This usually happens when the difficulty is too high, so you don't submit shares. Try to set a lower starting difficulty.

For Hamsterpool the same, you can set in the workes page a lower start diff.

i have 2 gridseed usb 5 chip miners and its not showing on website but is on cgminer thanks

I actually have the same problem on hamsterpool... seems to be a problem with either CGMiner or the GridSeeds.

Is your client submitting shares? BTCGuild estimate the hashrate from your rate of share submission. Do not rely on the hashrate displayed on the website as it is far from accurate. Could you take a screenshot of your cgminer and its configurations?
