Hi forum,

The tarball here:
http://ck.kolivas.org/apps/cgminer/cgminer-3.0.0.tar.bz2
does not compile due to
cgminer.c:50:27: fatal error: driver-avalon.h: No such file or directory
#include "driver-avalon.h"
I've tried the git tag and it works pretty well.
