Can be also a OS limitation over a number of devices... but... The Antminers are seen by windows as COM ports and Windows can see max 256 com ports... as reference: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/100111

Most likely.... Power issue

Windows XP struggles with devices that look identical to it, and falls over with more than 8 of the same device. You may never get all of them working well on that OS. Furthermore power could well be a problem as said.

Looks like not enough power... You use external power adapter?

I am using CGminer and a USB HUB 10 port. I can only get one Antminer U1 to run right. When I run 2 or 3 antminers they run for awhile and then go into a synchronized bilking green light and stop mining (no accepted work) but are still hashing. I am very new at this and would appreciate any guidance anyone can give me please.
