Hope you are doing this just for fun. Bitcoin outgrew CPU/GPU's almost 4 years ago so you are losing money by the bucketful using them to mine BTC.

Was able to improve the mhash/s by using this configuration instead:

Code:
"intensity" : "9,9",
"vectors" : "4,4",
"worksize" : "256,256",
"kernel" : "phatk,phatk",
"lookup-gap" : "0,0",
"thread-concurrency" : "0,0",
"shaders" : "0,0",
"gpu-engine" : "0-950,0-950",
"gpu-fan" : "0-80,0-80",
"gpu-memclock" : "850,850",
"gpu-memdiff" : "0,0",
"gpu-powertune" : "20,20",
"gpu-vddc" : "0.000,0.000",
"temp-cutoff" : "95,95",
"temp-overheat" : "85,85",
"temp-target" : "75,75",
"api-port" : "4028",
"expiry" : "120",
"gpu-dyninterval" : "7",
"gpu-platform" : "0",
"gpu-threads" : "1",
"log" : "5",
"no-pool-disable" : true,
"queue" : "1",
"scan-time" : "60",
"temp-hysteresis" : "3",
"shares" : "0",

Now, the temperature hovers around 80-82 degrees centigrade and I was able to up the mhash/s from 650 to an average of 814 mhash/s! Sweet! I forgot to mention that I upgraded to the latest version of cgminer (3.0.0) which you can download from https://github.com/ckolivas/cgminer. Happy mining!

I'm running cgminer 2.11.4 on BAMT 0.5c:

Code:
[2013-04-23 02:27:03] CL Platform 0 vendor: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
 [2013-04-23 02:27:03] CL Platform 0 name: AMD Accelerated Parallel Processing
 [2013-04-23 02:27:03] CL Platform 0 version: OpenCL 1.1 AMD-APP-SDK-v2.4 (595.10)
 [2013-04-23 02:27:03] Platform 0 devices: 2
 [2013-04-23 02:27:03]  0       Cayman
 [2013-04-23 02:27:03]  1       Cayman
 [2013-04-23 02:27:03] GPU 0 AMD Radeon HD 6990 hardware monitoring enabled
 [2013-04-23 02:27:03] GPU 1 AMD Radeon HD 6990 hardware monitoring enabled
 [2013-04-23 02:27:03] 2 GPU devices max detected

Here are my parameters:

Code:
cgminer -o stratum+tcp://stratum.bitcoin.cz:3333 -u x -p x -v 4 -g 1 -I 9 -w 256 --gpu-fan 80 --gpu-memclock 850 --gpu-engine 950

I noticed that even with this setting, I can only get around 640-660MH/s (total for both GPUs) but I wish I could squeeze more mhashes out of this card with the power it's consuming. Any tips I can try? The temperature is around 70 degrees centigrade on GPU0 and 62 degrees on GPU1 at this config and I think it would be pretty safe to move it up to 82-85 degrees to get more mhashes.
