If anyone else is looking how to log all what cgminer gives out including with hash
just add at the end of the line
-T >>LogFile.txt

so there is no way to log hashrate with cgminer.
Is it possible with some other miners like sgminer or bfgminer?

Oh you mean you want the hashrate in the logfile. You said on screen. Change it into text mode as well by adding -T

Add this to the end of your cgminer commands: 2>log.txt

Because of the way windows writes to files you may not see anything in the log.txt file until you exit cgminer.

Thanks but I need to see hashrate when cgminer still works.
Did you try it? It will still show on screen.
