Pay attention to the pool you're mining at.

Perhaps it is providing cgminer with garbled data and making it crash.

do you have anti-virus? did you check the anti virus logs? also maybe check the windows event viewer for anything happening at the same time

Thanks. I will try that. I restarted my PC and it is not happening before.

I saw it on my logs on CGwatcher. I do not know what is the cause of it. I am worried that there is something wrong if it's closing by itself.
