I think this was answered on the cgminer official thread by ckolivas.  You need to update your SDK, 2.1 doesnt work with scrypt.

How much RAM is on the PC?

Maybe
--scrypt -o stratum+tcp://stratum.give-me-ltc.com:3333 -u USERNAME -p PASSWORD --thread-concurrency 5632 -g 1 -w 256 -I 9

Beats me, though. LTC mining creates too much heat for Summer. Smiley

Though crazy-long, may want to try posting @ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=28402.11540 instead.

4GB of Ram mate.
And nah it's Winter here in Australia, so the temperatures here are getting colder (:

EDIT: Tried that mate nothing  good happening now Sad

All my cards are working fine for BTC mining.

Hey guys, I can't seem to get CGMiner to work under scrypt no matter what I try. My cards (2 5970s WC'd) work perfectly fine with Bitcoin, but I try out scrypt mining for Litecoin nothing seems to be working Sad

Also I have 4GB of RAM and am running a AMD Sempron 145 if that helps.

This is what I am faced with:

These are the parameters I am using:
Code:
cgminer.exe --scrypt  -o stratum+tcp://stratum.give-me-ltc.com:3333 -u USERNAME -p PASSWORD -I 9

Also I am using SDK 2.1 and Drivers 11.
