ChainLancers fees are only 0% per job, several times lower than existing freelancing platforms. Freelancing will finally be a lucrative AND reliable way of earning money!
The amount of CHL tokens provided in the platform will allow users to directly convert the currency held by them into CHL tokens in order to avoid commission and to have easier and more comfortable supply with CHL tokens. This avoids the need of searching CHL tokens and buying them from exchanges. There will be a chance to use other cryptocurrencies, but when making a deal between freelancer and employer will be aggravated by commission on the platform.
For ordinary / standard freelance platforms, the cost of services is significantly higher due to the commission which the platform charges the two parties when making a deal between them. So the freelance adds and raises its cost to work to offset the commission on the platform.
The platform will block the sub-bidding of other freelancers assigned by an employer by not displaying and sifting them according to the built-in rating. The employer will use filters with which a low-rating freelancer willing to work for a lower amount of money will not be visible to the employer. This way we will protect freelancers who appreciate their work and want to have fair payment for it, through courses and training.
The platform will offer exam tests through which everyone will qualify in the field they have chosen to develop. In this way freelancers will have certificates for which the platform ensures that freelancers meet the competencies they have stated in the platform. Employers will thus have security in their choice of freelancer.
This system of self-development of freelancers and a striving to improve their quality and skills through a series of exam levels makes them competitive and desirable business cadres. The platform will take care to provide an opportunity and connection with the business, in a section where everyone wishing to be hired short or long term will be listed as a candidate. The platform will be a type of employer, a skill development academy on a higher level and quality of freelancers.
In addition, certifications that the freelancer has acquired from covered skill tests will be visible in its profile as an additional guarantee for the employer's trust in the freelancer. The platform will guarantee that the services offered meet the real potential of the freelancer. This will not be mandatory for any freelancer, but it will be desirable for those with certificates that will be more sought after and preferred.
