That's true market is dropping right now as I'm writing this, market is down 5% huge drop indeed, so many coins are in red, there's really no guaranty what will happen daily, market could be up now and then go down tomorrow, this is something we should expect daily it's part of our life as investors and traders in Cryptocurrency

Altcoin season hasn't started yet and the 20% increase in a day doesn't cover my -90% loss after the 2017 ATH prices. Big altcoins have the real use case and their platform is widely used by other altcoins. The altcoin season will start after the randomly x5 pumps on the small marketcap altcoins in my opinion. XRP alone is gained over the 20% gain and Bitcoin is down 0.8% in a day,this is not alt season.We need more increase to be convince that it's already an altcoin season.
The way I see it, it's not stable yet, it's not even one week and yet people are already concluding it's already an altcoins season.
I am actively monitoring the market in a daily basis, though I don't use TA all the time but by observing the price movement on a daily basis, we will know how unpredictable the market is, just like BTC when it hit $13K, we thought the bull run is here, but it dump and now only trading at $10K and we've been stuck here for months already.
If your here in crypto then you invest then better to prepare yourself always because this can be gone anytime like if market here drops big

The first way for us to guide our self in the cryptocurrency industry is to first have a clear vision, in term of projects we would like to invest in and in terms of what we are expecting from the project. There are so many projects that are very great in the market, and the best way to actually get them would have been if we research thoroughly on them, I know that we operate a volatile market and we are subject to changes at any time actually, but there are some changes that are not natural, it is best we get in changes that are natural because of volatility than the ones that are purposely created by those bad projects and scammers that you mentioned. Then we can think like that by volatile market here so that's unpredictable and the negative thing of that is market can get go really low like many users,FUD,scam or hack drops this and the the different bad news about crypto too
We need to really be stingy right now in the way we give out money to projects, and we should be very sure of the project before they get our penny.

Sure.. there is sure hope for cryptocurrency in the future but the little price increase we are experiencing in altcoins recently is not the long waited one. Next year will definitely be the year of altcoins but bear in mind that it is only the coins which will create impact in the digital currency future. Others will be a waste.Moreover, OP where cryptocurrency especially altcoins seems to be at a still is because no developer is willingly to create something unique this days, it seems all the crypto ideas are gone.

No condition is permanent but if you keep doing the same thing all the time, you will not get different results. You have to change the ways you do things if it doesn't help you or bring results.
And not only that even if the circumstances in the market change that doesn't mean that the circumstances are going to change in your favour, for example many are expecting an altcoin season to come and I agree that it will come, but that doesn't mean that we are going to see the same exact market conditions that happened in 2017 when an investment in any ico could bring you great profits, maybe the next altcoin season will only push up the price of established coins so those investing in icos will still lose their money.

all the ways that are not legit, all the project that are crappy, all the investments that have no future are bound to fail. that was expected from day one of their creation.Even the legit one are crumbling down. So those who have invested on these "legit project" are still at a lost. So we cannot say that OP's statement is not legit at all, 50% is true and the other are not.

i disagree.the most successful method of making profit in altcoin market has always been pump and dumping altcoins and that is still successfully going on.
you just have to not get stuck in old already-pumped altcoins, if you want profit.

I agree with OP's ideal. Change is the only thing that is permanent so we need to be able to adjust and adapt to what is coming. It only mean one thing, there is no stopping on learning everything that happen inside the crypto industry.
I always hope for a positive change but I'm always ready if worse will come because that's our life here as an investor.

Bitcoin is the king now and no one has ever defeated it for years now but the world is changing people are evolving and we don’t know whether bitcoin will still be the king in the future. With the increase in advancement in technology, systems are being enhanced and will never know someone like Satoshi Nakamoto will be able to create another technology that would be better that blockchain or bitcoin.

It is an interesting point of view, but at some moment, it gets pointless to take part in bounty programmes, because you know that from 10 campaigns where you are taking part, only 2 will bring you some money, if you are lucky.

Speaking of bounty project I think they just like that sometimes you landed on a good one but mostly on a bad project.
That's just how life is, we have some ups and downtimes.
The important things about those circumstances are our experience to use it later when we want to invest or join on some bounty again.
Without those failures, we might not survive the waves of trial that we are facing on our future.
True, Chaange is the only constant thing and we need to welcome the change happening in the space currently, we need to see it in a positive way, how could a project collected $20 million or more from investors and do not know how to generate revenue with it, we first need to weed these fake and zombie projects away from the space for the space to have room to grow

Lots of my HODL coins or tokens just disappointed me. It went to rather very high for just couple of days and then fell to almost zero.
You are not the only one that has suffered this particular thing, you are hopeful with a coin and they turn to shit the next week you check price. This is unfortunate for holders. I like to get valuable coin and not coins with too much number.

I love this spirit of yours because the alt crypto market have seriously been disappointing to a lot of people and at the same time, we are still resolute in our belief that its not yet over. The Change which is constant is what is being witnessed now. While you are correct the real question is if you will be able to withstand the current market conditions that are so adverse to altcoins and icos and still be in the market when the altcoins season begins? But in crypto i think its not fit to be applied. maybe the price today was failing due to the bad market condition But still the market is much bigger comparing before 2015-2016 respectively so that means the market was still growing and the profitability was still high specially in the top cryptocurrency base on the CryptoMarketCap. while in bounties just choose the right one base on quality and not in quantity just ride with the flow and dont counter it. if the result was worst its your choice so deal with it. i disagree.the most successful method of making profit in altcoin market has always been pump and dumping altcoins and that is still successfully going on.
you just have to not get stuck in old already-pumped altcoins, if you want profit.
