Well, I don't think Changelly is a scam. I have had several deals with them and the transactions got delivered. Though I do agree that they sometimes they do have issues of delayed transactions. But they don't scam. So, you should try getting to them through their social media and bombard them with your compliant. That helps a lot more than writing to their support staff.
1st transaction: Recently, I have made a transaction to change my ETH to BTC.

I have made another transaction with the same amount and yet it still hasn't received the money even though it was from the failed transaction. I have sent numerous emails , messages on Facebook and even posted on reddit and yet I haven't gotten a reply from them, only their automated message.
Different transaction: I made another transaction since I want to exchange my $80 ETH to BTC again, they recieved the money instantly and is now sending to my wallet.
What do I do with my first transaction of $600? Anyone else experienced this?

Many send big transaction in group to reduce fee so that it may take some delay time
