Is it possible to remove heatsinks that comes with a RTX3090 and buy liquid cooler for this card? Is there anyone with a RTX 3090 with factory liquid cooler on here? If yes how is the performance? I'm sure it will be better than fan cooling?

You can check HERE , but  make sure you are ordering water block to the exact card what you have , water blocks are not interchangeable ( sometimes , in some case maybe) .

Also remember that is just the block.  You would still need the pump, reservoir and tubes.

And they do leak.

OP if you are planning to change from Fan cooler to liquid just for mining sake your ROI will take longer than expected because liquid cooler isn't a joke, that thing costs alot, I'm talking about enough to buy a GPU itself, from 169$ to 500$

It's possible, there was a time I've seen RX5700XT liquid cooler for sell on Amazon so you can check there for the rtx3090 version, I'm not sure if one can use the liquid cooler from rx5700XT on rtx3090 though
