you can change the data directory by launching the wallet with the following parameters:

Code:
./bitcoind --datadir=/path/to/folder

use a search engine as this has helped me do what you described to other currencies.

That did it! There was a page on changing data directories on the wiki Smiley

Hi- I don't have access to post on the technical forum yet so I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the default location of the wallet block data?

Currently it's on my C drive and seeing as that's a SSD with not much space and the bitcoin data being 13gb, is there a way to move this onto another drive and the wallet still being able to find it? I'm just using the standard bitcoin-qt wallet.

Thanks Smiley
