Chart analysis in cryptocurrencies and spot trading are the same, the slight differences is that cryptocurrencies are very volatile and move with higher momentum, candlesticks patterns like bullish or bearish engulfing bars, pin bars, evening and morning stars, bullish or bearish haramis used in chart analysis using higher timeframe like daily time frame worked very well in crypto trading.

Yes you can, but chart analysis on altcoin trading works very different, maybe you can see the same patterns all over the charts, if you use bollinger bands you are going to see that it works by the same way as in stocks or forex. But maybe when a bearish/bullish trend is approaching the price reacts different, because the whole market works by notices and new releases over bitcoin.
So you must pay attention to a lot of news and also to the indicators.

Frankly speaking, I'm not a good trader so I usually just base my strategy on the signals and charts of others. I used to check those from people on the Trading View website and from traders' Telegram groups.

Now what I'd like to recommend to you if you're really interested to join a Telegram trading group is the Singapore Bitcoin Club. Almost all the signals they gave were right on the spot. Just check their group on Telegram or just follow Peter Sin Guili on Twitter if you want to know more about them and how they trade.

Nice. I like your chart. I will try to follow it from no on. One question: do you have any plans on adding "Current Market Events" as split paragraph to your analysis?
Or this analysis will be keep only on technical level with only small hints ("uncertainty and lack of knowledge about the details of stolen bitcoins led to approx. 28% reduction in value" ) of what caused certain ups/downs?
