Yes!Really is!Char Token was a scam project. No doubt They used fake team members on the info of their website but also they created Their own exchange called Charex.Then they make mandatory rule to withdraw from their exchange is doing kyc.They also sold peoples kyc.Imagine it's worst! Now it's thoroughly scam project.
When I saw this photo, I immediately remembered that I had already met him earlier in the investigation. And I found a ICOEthics investigation that also involved a fake team (Using computer generated images).
