EDIT: Got a reply from the OP finally (3 days later) with another different method that is also a widely known method that also does not work on AWS or GitHub as claimed.

For aws you need a student ID anyway..

This guy is a scammer, do not trust.

I purchased his method for getting the EDU's and he just gave me the method for maricopa which is widely known all over the internet and does not work for GitHub or AWS as he claims.

After confronting him he just happens to go offline...
