Make sure you do your math!
Stay away from (most) online calculators and try to understand difficulty change/volatility/demand/halving/electricity consumption before investing.

Your money, your choice.
Just make sure you are sure. Smiley

As eckmar said. You need expensive ASIC miners and almost every other Scrypt coin is more profitable than litecoin. What is your electricity price?

Has anyone found cheap (£30-£50) litecoin mining. I am new to litecoin mining and right now im using a gpu(ik its not profitable.) I can only find hardware for bitcoins. Correct me if i am wrong but i don't think that would work.

Litecoin is using scrypt algorithm. Scrypt miners are usually very expensive and even if you got one, almost every scrypt coin is more profitable to mine than litecoin
