I never use this account, and I'm trying to buy Cities: Skyline on Steam.
Why so cheap?
I got most of these games for free or at a reduced cost.
With escrow terms:
Will use escrow if you pay the fees.
Without escrow terms:
You send money first if you are a untrusted member. If you are a trusted member (more then 3 trust without any negative at all) then I send account details and then you send the Bitcoin.
