There is a list of good places to host miners somewhere on this forum- if I remember it I'll link it to you here. Any datacenter will work for mining, but rates are different and availability is low in many spot right now due to demand. Location's also important as you want quick access to your miners in case of any issues- post this if you can, doesn't have to be general. Just a country would help.
