You can use such VPS which minimum cost is $5 per month. You can use cloud server to mine the RIPAEX project and earn more tokens. It'll be better for you,you can try.
I use to use Vultr which is $5 a month. I then found Aruba which is 1 euro a month which is obviously much better price wise and the servers have been very reliable. I have tried to search google but I did not find anything so I came here to seek advice from my fellow crypto friends.

Best advice would be to do a little research on your own than ask. Considering everyone has their own preference and might not match your criteria. Searching on your own will find you better options best suited to what it is you're looking for at the best possible price. You'd never know there might be something better you find on your own than from the suggestions of other people.
It would be easier to suggest if you had mentioned your budget. You can go for OVH, Hetzner, Zap-hosting, Mulvard. All of them are fairly good and would cost between $10-15 per month.

I don't know exactly, but I used free Google cloud to mine coins and they stopped me because it's not allowed to use it for mining, I don't know if you can use it for masternod or no. By the way I am curious to know which coins you opt for masternod?
