I doubt you'll find a VPS for less than that. You can probably go cheaper with shared hosting if that fits your needs.

For VSP deals, you should check lowendbox.com once in a while, every once in a while it has good offers.

What are you looking, cheaper than $1 per month or you are not satisfied with arubacloud quality?
I hope you have on your mind that is very hard to find cheap and quality any hosting service
