Tennessee. You should take the drive out and send just the disk drive to me to save shipping. Yes it allows copied games and does not affect the dashboard and no installing other software; just a basic flash.
It is very simple to take the case off. I can show you how if you would like.

What state are you located? Shipping could get expensive for a whole machine. This allows copied games but continues to use the xbox360 OS correct, your not installing XBMC or anything?

I have recently flashed my Liteon drive after 2 months on trial and error (the most difficult one to flash) and I thought I would offer this service to the community. I will charge 5 BTC for the service because I had to buy ~100$ in equipment for the Liteon drive. I can flash any and all 360s Guaranteed. You will pay shipping to and from, but I will only need the drive if you want to save money and take disassemble it yourself.
