They can devaluate the currency, if they abandon the peg or devalaute the exchange rate. It hapened in Argentina and many other countries. Problem of Bulgary is that they donot revalue I guess. It is maybe great for taxes, but ppl arevery poor there.

Generally doing online business starts with offshore comapny and no taxes at all. It does not matter where the person is. If your biz is 100% online, there is no need to pay taxes. But good shell structure of firms must be chosen. It is not so expensive. The most expensive are then fees from banks that cooperate in this "tax evasion".

- European countries without Euro have sometimes even more complicated tax systems; e.g. Serbia, Croatia, Hungary, Czech vs. Slovakia (is in EUR zone)

- Bulgaria defacto has Euro; Bulgarian lev is pegged to DM and then EUR for 15 years!!! 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN. The country gave up monetary policy and it is often mentioned that this helped them.

If anything move to California, low taxes, and a great place to start a business.

I recommend you to avoid €-based countries, because there are too many taxations here, the consumption is declining and the economy is stagnant.

Anyway, there are many European countries which don't use EUR as currency and are very interesting to start a business there.
First of all, I'd like to mention Bulgaria, a nice place where the taxes are really low.
Then you may consider some tax havens nearby the UK, like Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.

LOL! I thought about Canada, it's a bit too close to the U.S for my liking though as for the weather winter is coming now so I'm a lot happier with it being cold again.

I think that right now Albania and Kosovo are the cheapest countries in Europe to start a business.
Of course, this 2 countries have their own problems, specially Kosovo (not fully recognized as independent country), a lot corruption and economic problems but if you can find some good business or political connection there, I guess that you can build good business there.

Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, Belarus, Poland, Albania, Serbia, Macedonia, and Ukraine all offer very low costs for start-ups.  But most of them are dangerous/unstable.

My pick would be Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, a Baltic state, or Hungary.  These counties have a nice balance between reasonable costs, highly skilled locals, and acceptable corruption levels.

I've also read from scientists that the man in charge (no idea about the name) isn't professional enough and that some got damaged already. Do you think that the US or EU will ever acknowledge these pyramids? You must realize that the whole history that we're being taught is wrong then.

It depends actually what kind of business one wants to start!
If it's a local one, one shouldn't do it in 3rd world countries or countries that are somewhat poor like Bosnia and relating countries in the region.

In bosnia you can start bussnies without taxes haha like many people soo come to my place and open your company, just need pay for registration of company nothing else

Definitely Lithuania. Back in the '90s, you could even start your own bank for under $20,000.

If you leave the UK, why not come to South Africa. With a 17 to 1 exchange rate, you would probably be quite well off here if you are middle class in the UK.
