Don't they want the old one back first or a credit card as security that you return the old one or be charged? That's how these "warranty replacements" usually work.
No, they usually just send a replacement, 9/10 times depends on the representative you are talking too.
In case they ask for the old one back, you just end the conversation and try again for a new representative.
Works almost everytime, People who buy these accounts already know about this and how to do it so I'm not worried about that.
