Just how much are you trying to raise in the first place? Or what does you consider as cheap? $50 or less?
Most launchpad that I know of target $100k or more, surely 0.6 BNB (or around $400) is not that much compared to your target? The downside of using cheap platform (if you found any) is a lack of user or volume, so you might not be ale to achieve your target at all.

Hello, I would like to ask if you know some cheap launch platform for public sale/pre-sale.
I may know some. You can try to ask bscpad or trustpad for this. Both were offering very good service at this moment to launch your launch pad but I prefer to use bscpad over trustpad as it has become a popular launch pad for BSC project. There are lots of project have been doing pre- sale and main sale through use bscpad's service. Do you know some cheaper service for launch?
I'm not sure about this but you can try to use unicrypto as well https://unicrypt.network/ I guess it's free but the result will be determined by how good your project. If your project has been gaining various exposure in the communities and it may help you to make presale or sale to be completed in short time. 
You have a project to launch and you don't have budget for it, I think that you should get those cheapest platform, cheap in service as well if that's what you're looking for.
Most of the projects that cannot take the fees of a better platform/exchanges, they're far from being successful. $0.6 isn't really a lot if you're launching a project that you believe it and has what to say against the competition.

If a someone offers you such a service for $400 and you think that it is too much, in my opinion you should not deal with such a project at all (I mean the project you want to start, because further costs will be huge)
I don't know exactly what you expect for less than $400, but I think if you are serious about building anything then you should do it yourself, not with cheap services, because when it comes to public sale/presale, you should do it on your own website. Maybe just ask your web developer..
