Right, exchange is the best place to buy bitcoin cheaply. Some other third party things like coinbase, shapeshift and xapo are problematic when you want to buy bitcoin. They have crazy commisions and fees.

Yeah, don't bother using coinbase or other wallets to buy bitcoin off, they may be quick and easy but they have probably the worst rates ever, you can try buying bitcoin in other places for example:

Localbitcoins! You can easily find some sellers, and make sure to buy off trusted users and make sure you send proof of you transferring money. You can even set up a shop to sell and buy bitcoin.

so far, I am using localbitcoin to find recommended seller and I am using my friend services. I don't know any place which have cheap place to buy bitcoin because so far, I think the different is not too far. maybe you can find one seller or two in your local city so you can get bitcoin with cheap fee. but if the fee is less than $5, I think its no problem and its fine.

For me i think you can buy bitcoins in a cheapest way is to buy in some exchange like poloniex or bittrex or cryptopia for me this is the easy ways to buy and cheap bitcoins

You can't buy btc on polo or bittrex with usd.

For me i think you can buy bitcoins in a cheapest way is to buy in some exchange like poloniex or bittrex or cryptopia for me this is the easy ways to buy and cheap bitcoins

I think you can buy bitcoins on bitcoin.co.id, it is Indonesian market bitcoins, they are support for international costumers, it can be trusted, the biggest indonesian markets bitcoins, you can buy bitcoins without fees and you must become maker order buy bitcoins, unfortunately you must have partner Indonesian people to deposit IDR local currency.
