if you can find a local buyer/seller deal with cash only. I know that may not be possible, but credit cards will ALWAYS be riddled with high fees and low limits because there is a huge risk for a merchant with chargeback fraud from you.  I don't think its even possible to buy with a CC short of coinbase and even they still need AML and will verify your bank statment.

Some europeans accept CC, I used to buy at BTC-24, they accepted LiqPay

BTC-E accepts several processors that accept credit cards...

Also Virwox accepts Paypal

And I cannot use Coinbase, like I said I am not from US, I don't even know what is a AML and I don't have bank account in US, or one where I think it is safe to send them my statment.

What is the cheapest way to buy with credit card?

I am guessing it is with BTC-E, but I cannot find what of their payment providers have the lowest total fees.

Also someone has any other idea?

I am from Brazil, but the exchanges available here (so I don't need a credit card) are very expensive.
