Seriously, how is this legal? They have people with money in their website and they have a one week notice to withdraw and they will keep all what is left when that week is over. Isn't this some sort of stealing? If I was a person who had any money left in there and had the means to sue them I would and would help other people who had money left in them to sue them together so we can bring them down even further.

I can understand that someone who is not rich at all wanted to open a casino and become rich and they failed, these are not evil corporations most of the time, but if you are giving people one weeks notice then I am sorry but you are literally stealing money.

You could just postpone it for a whole year, stop operations but keep the withdraw open for another year, after that it would be understandable, if not just send people their money back to exact same address if you have to, at least that is "doing something" rather than literally keeping the money.

Have left a negative feedback until they resolve this and make it more obvious that they are closing down, and that people with deposits inside the casino will lose them very soon. If they don't take action soon to make this obvious I will be leaving a flag on their profile to warn guests/newbies because this is going to result in a lot of people losing money.

A bit surprised to see vegascasino decided to stop their service while they had promotions at the beginning of this month, it sounds like a sudden decision for me but I think there must be a good reason why the decided to close down. Anyway I have to agree that there should be longer time for players to withdraw their money unless there is a way to request withdrawal without login to the site once the site is not accessible anymore.

So it's that easy? First of all I have to say that people should give more time for withdrawals. In a week, people may not have information. With this decision, you may have harmed many people. Please review this extension. At least you should show a way for your members which they can reach you for a while. This time not a week. A week may not be enough for someone. Edit your thread OP and your thread title to reflect the fact that in 1 week people will permanently lose the money in their balances, please. A single post on the forums is not enough notice to notify all of your customers that you're effectively going to be stealing their money in a week's time.

If you don't then people will make a big fuss out of it regardless, but if you want to close your casino professionally, then at least provide better notice of it...

This is quite cool but you might have to start looking in that direction of charging something for withdrawals no matter how little because eventually when the volume starts increasing, the cost might become too significant to bear and the moment you want to start aggregating withdrawals in other to minimize costs, be ready for people suspecting some foul play. Another reason why you should consider that is because, when I know I would be charge for every withdrawals made, I tend to minimize the frequency of doing it and that to a large extent would give your own platform the opportunity to have some liquidity in the time being which would have been withdrawn should there be zero charges on such.

Yes, we know for all the accusations, and it was truly unprofessional to leave it all behind (not to be active for some reason) but it was done by former management.
We don’t want to hide that we are running without the license (it’s just the way it is), and that we had some bad reviews in the past, but this happened quite some time ago. Vegascasino.io is running under new management team, full of new ideas, and to be perfectly honest, we changed a lot till now. We are trying to be the best, and I think we are doing great since our players are very happy with us.

We wouldn’t go live with fake games, not even in our dreams – ‘’Fake Novomatic games’’ was very bad idea, and also made by former management!
We also explained what happened with some accusations. Our fraud team was investigating, and found some really interesting things.
And our negative rating is because the guy who gave us negative rating, left rating – we need to wait for him to come back, and then we will proceed.

It will take some time to gain the trust, but we will do anything to prove we are provably fair!

I also checked and didn’t find any and I must say that it got me disappointed. I expected it would be there,  considering the last scam accusation on the site which they have not yet cleared the air on it but still am a risk taker and am considering playing on the site soon

We are also fully aware of the no licence and pirated Novomatic games issue. Can’t really add anything here, we still don’t have a licence, but all our game providers are legit and running on official servers.

Regaining user trust is hard, especially when you lose it like we did. Anything we say will be in vain, only thing we can do is prove it with our actions. And this will take time. Heres a little example. This account has a lot of issues back then, just like yours but all the negative tag that has been put in his account were all taken back (not all since some are now inactive). All the issue in that account has been resolved.

Is there any proof that you have indeed had a change in management? Until the last issue has been resolved I think that gamblers here will not be going to your site to play.

It would be better if the accusation were to be resolved immediately and post all necessary action that you have taken in order to fix the problem.

Ok, let’s break down these questions Smiley. I don’t know for sure why the previous team decided to stop being active on this forum, I guess they had their reasons. But in any case, they stopped posting sometime in 2017 if I’m not mistaken, and we want to change this. Open discussion, that is how we want it.

About the trust rating, it hurts me to see that red colour as well… We’ll investigate what happened, and if the mistake was on our side, we’ll do our best to fix it. It happened some time ago, so it might take us some time to come to the bottom of this.

I don’t know about any active bounties, but I can check.

We are also fully aware of the no licence and pirated Novomatic games issue. Can’t really add anything here, we still don’t have a licence, but all our game providers are legit and running on official servers.

Regaining user trust is hard, especially when you lose it like we did. Anything we say will be in vain, only thing we can do is prove it with our actions. And this will take time. I hope in a year, trust will no longer be an issue, but there are no instant cures here. We will address the issues on AskGamblers and other sites, hopefully we’ll be able to clean up our reputation at least a bit.

Upon reading his trust history it seems that they had a scam accussation for running an event and banning a member's account who won their event. I doubt if they will be able to regain their credibility after a long silence and unresolved scam accusation.

Would like to hear how the said new management will deal with their past mistake and regain users trust.

Secondly, how about your trust rating for unsolved scam accusation? You did not even try to clarify about it, so its better to clarify about it first whether you have solved it already or not.
Last but not least, recently there are so many bitcointalk members advertising your site in this gambling board but they do not use signature of vegascasino. It makes me wonder, do you have any bounties for promoting your site in this forum? I believe they are not promoting it freely, and I also believe that they are not even regular player on your site as most of them do not even understand about your site. Mind to confirm?

There was a lot of developments in vegascasino.io lately, chief among them being a change in management. We are putting a lot of effort into building a better experience for all our players, while trying not to repeat the mistakes from our past. Reading the forum, I noticed there were a few open player issues and grievances about some of the decisions the former team made. While I can’t guarantee we can fix them all, we are more than willing to try. Please write here or send me a PM, so we can look into them in detail.

On to the more fun stuff Smiley. We are constantly adding a whole bunch of new slot games and will try to be one of the first to launch new games from our providers.
