Thanks for sharing that news.

I hope we can protect our email and being target by them as well. But to prevent hackers from trying to hack our email, we can change our password periodically and make sure we can combine it with anything that only we will know.

A huge online leak has exposed billions of logins for sites including Netflix, LinkedIn, Gmail, bitcoin and more. They use code "RED".  Maybe we should change our email password.

Thankfully, I don't have any problem with my e-mail. I care about using 2FA a lot wherever I sign up. Otherwise, it makes me worried about the possibility that hackers can reach my important information easily. We should be really careful against cyberattacks like this.

Really appreciate you for posting this article because I did not even know about this passwords being leaked.

All of my emails accounts are secured but I feel much better that I checked.  Some I didnt use for a few years and had to make a password recovery.

You better do this at least once a week or at least twice a month for your own safe keeping even there is no issue of Leakage .

This is what i do in my accounts because i know that we cannot trust everything in the internet.

Bitcoin doesn't need an email.

But if it means about related to bitcoin websites then that could be bitcoin casinos and exchanges.

Maybe we should change our email password.
You're free to do that if you're not comfortable of that news and if you think that you're affected.

This is just the collection of all leaks happened in the past so no need to worry about it now but if you still prefer better security then its good to change the password now. But the word bitcoin should not be suitable here since recovery keys are not stored in any emails unless you done it personally..

If you ever done this then its time to swap all your coins to a freshly created wallet with new private keys.

I am not trying to say anything. I just share the news with the source. I thought this news need to share here. And I know is not new. can u imagine hacker do it with  million emails and this happened a while ago so I wanted to share and warn

stompix referred to this sentence of yours: "Some newspapers clearly used who has a login bitcoin account with Gmail and Hotmail.", which doesn't make any sense, so we ask you to rephrase that.
What did you mean by that statement?

Some newspapers clearly used who has a login bitcoin account with Gmail and Hotmail.

I have no idea what you're trying to say, please rephrase that!
More importantly, it's not a new leak and no new hack has occurred:

Quote
Dubbed "Comb", or the Compilation of Many Breaches, the data dump is not the result of a new hack or data breach.
Instead, it features user credentials skimmed from multiple previous leaks all collected into one, easy-to-use database.

So no code RED, more like pink!
