Maybe on the new forum it would be a good idea that once you report a post you can no longer report it again or the link changes to 'you have already reported this post'. I think users being able to see a que of their reported posts and whether they were marked good or bad would be beneficial. At least people can see which stuff shouldn't be reported then.

It sometimes happens to me as well. If you still haven't closed the page or tab hit back until you see the Report page(if you did report it, it should come up right before the post you were about to report and the topic and message in the url should match the post you were reporting). If you closed the tab/page, you can still re-open it(ctrl+shift+T on most browsers) and then hit the back button. It doesn't hurt to remember the last digit of your report number to see if it incremented.

Is there any way to see if I have already reported a post yet?

Click the link at the right hand screen "Report to Moderator" and you will see a number f reported posts and accuracy in %.
I meant could I see if I had already reported a specific post, but you already answered that below.

Can I see what posts I have already reported?

I don't think there is a report or a link to see that unless you are a Moderator.

It would be nice to know so that I don't accidentally report a post twice.

You can see the link of the topic if you have visited that topic or thread. That I think can help you.

there is no way to check which posts you have reported and their stats
you can see only total number of posts reported by you and your post reporting accuracy
Thanks. I really hope that this is something that can be implemented in the new Forum.
