This is useful if you are going through the legal process for your ICO, we see a lot of tokens pretending to be a utility when in fact they have a security coin, we worked with Property Coin to launch their token, I think these learnings to make your token compliant with the SEC is useful and will save you a lot of effort and money.
It still doesn't mean it's easy, we are currently looking for exchanges that will list security tokens, at some point this will be a standard process.
