At last, the appeal has ruled in favor to the crypto exchange platform Orionx to resume its activity. Previously Banco Estado had closed the company’s deposit due to lack of regulatory regulation. Now, Banco Estado has to reopen its account.

This is really great news. This will give hope to the investors and such news proves that crypto exchanges are not bad for any economy. This needs to be done by other countries also. Crypto is good for any economy.

Ahh! A news of sooth. BTW, Chile making this kind of decision will make chile more advance in Crypto-world than before. If the exchanges restart in Chile it would be possible to gain more markets in Chile as they improved their law in favor of Cryptocurrency. the court has rule their decision in favor of cryptocurrency exchanging and that definitely a good news it seems like that the world is now understanding the importance and power of cryptocurrency , banks which owned by government are supporting it, future will bring something very positive

The Fourth Chamber of the Court of Appeals, Santiago, Chile has given a ruling in favor of crypto exchange, Orionx against one of the largest banks, Banco Estado for closing its account. The ruling has issued orders to this government-owned bank to reopen the crypto exchange’s account.
