Are China and Russia not the threat to the world?

We all know this story of China and Taiwan. When China was not a good country, some Chinese were the ones that left China and settled in Taiwan and they gain independent, Taiwan has its own constitution and leaders and is a country on its own. But China believes that Taiwan is part of its territory and the country is using threat to make sure Taiwan become part of China. Is that democracy.

If Chinese are the one that settled in the past in Taiwan, why China did not leave them alone as brothers? Where is the president of China using threat on Taiwan in order to take over the country in this modern era?

The presidency of Russia said this according to the news I read:

Meanwhile Russia said it supported Beijing's One China policy, which asserts that self-ruled Taiwan is a breakaway province that will eventually be part of China again.

However, Taiwan sees itself as an independent country, with its own constitution and democratically-elected leaders.

Russian president is againsting the expansion of NATO allies, maybe thinking it will later be threat. There has been tension in Ukraine, over 100 thousand soldiers have been deployed by Russia to Ukraine border and a country that borders Ukraine, I read in a news some weeks ago but I have forgotten the country.

Now, both China and Russia are supporting themselves, what would be the result of this? With what I quoted above, Russia is waiting for the time it will take back Ukraine and also want Taiwan to merge with China.
