i talked to my friend who is also a Bitcoin Trader and located in China. He told me China BTC Exchangers arent withdrawing no Bitcoins. There are still local stores for meetup and trading officially.
The main reason is that China cant handle the money lauder within the country due to the bitcoin and wants to ban it.
But as my friend told me there is nothing dramatic at all in china right now. Still possible to get Bitcoins beside Bitcoinexchanger Platforms. They just dont allow the trading with Renminbi. And not withdrawal to bitcoin so far.
But swift transactions to EU/US based exchangers are still possible even if the swift tranche contains " bitcoin "
