I've heard that all big sites with ICO info in China were closed after Beijing banned ICO activity in the country or I'm wrong?

Did not china have banned the total cryptocurrency? and now the news that china listings an ICO, I think if the news you submit is true, it means china is a hypocritical country

I think ico1.com is the same as tokenmarket etc. Which provides information about the project that will do ico, but with china language version. And I think this site has nothing to do with ico ban in china. Because the ban is only applicable in the country of china and we know people of Chinese descent not only live in the country of china, but in other countries many people of Chinese descent.

red pulse looks promising, but still a delicate market for investers nowadays. Don't want to see my cash seized by the chinese government. Although i think that would be the extreme end of what could go wrong.

most chinese at bitcointalk are capable of english,
maybe not native, but foreigners did not need to use a translator

when it comes to the  chinese government regulations,
it will not influence ICO and exchange outside china,
so you can see a lot of chinese [Suspicious link removed]pany moved to hongkong
