Interesting.

I guess Transparency (which goes with anonymity/privacy for users in uncertain/dangerous world) is part of the feature? I wonder what a Blockchain will become without Transparency and other vital features linked together.

You can always have your anonymous users verify and link their real identities to the anonymous accounts in a decentralized fashion. That can be really useful when the anonymous users need to be unmasked for committing serious crimes under anonymity, or to easily have ones data that's distributed across a network securely linked to an individual unique ID.

They're using the technology, blockchain. But, I don't see any bullish reason for it. There's no actual crypto that the news is highlighting.

That's what blockchain is all about, they're using it the right way to verify data that shall be sent to it and the use of it. I think I've seen the same use case as verifying genuine Nike shoes.

China wants to utilize the blockchain technology more that is why they are trying to create a public ledger to monitor those pirated contents available on the internet and also there is strict censorship rule was followed by Chinese government for very long time.

Isn't it wierd how China is trying to copyright protect something? Most of the products that China produces itself are western products, or straight up knock offs of western products. The whole growth of China is build on engineering and development in industrial nations. I find it quite alarming that China now wants to be the leading protector of copyright. It would be better to have an international agency to do that instead. The trust level for China is very low.

Another fun story from China that is very famous with cheating and copyright as well as intellectual properties from government agencies to local companies or people.

Do you think Copyright protection will be the most priority in China?
Do you really believe in a Copyright Protection Blockchain from China?

The Copyright Society of China (CSC), a public, government-tied institution under the National Copyright Administration of China, launched the China Copyright Chain on Tuesday.

The new blockchain can document proof of digital assets, monitor infringement activities, collect evidence online, issue notices to remove piracy products and help courts settle copyright-related disputes and process lawsuits, CSC said.

“The blockchain is great for digital copyright protection given its technical features such as immutability, source-tracing ability and distributed consensus,” Xiaohong Yan, chairman of CSC, said during a forum on innovation and copyright protection.

While everyone was blaming China for the bullish spell  experienced by cryptos because they were rumors of miners being banned, they have have actually come with news which I see to be bullish and halt more shitcoins that copy code (**if not open source **) from hitting the market.
